Jens J. Meyer（1958 年生，德國漢堡）是一位專注於空間與光線的雕塑藝術家，自 1989 年起以自由藝術家身分活躍於埃森與漢堡。他擅長運用布料、繩索、竹子等材料創作裝置藝術，藉此改變觀者對空間的感知，並與自然環境產生對話。其作品常設於森林等戶外場域，融合光影與自然，引發對人與環境關係的思考。作品曾於多國展出，並被蓋爾森基興美術館等機構收藏，屢獲獎項與資助。

《 Pavilion of Light 》

光之亭

作品媒材：彈性布、繩子

我對這些自然的開放空間非常感興趣，例如“在大樹底下”。
如同花園中的涼亭或是一間茶室，光之亭創造了一個開放的建築雕塑，與附近的寺廟和通往六十石山的山路相呼應。

樹木與織品彷彿融為一體，化為一個形態，一個存在，一件藝術品。
在陽光的照耀下，每一塊白色織物元素都變成了即時投影的螢幕，使樹枝、枝條和樹葉的形狀和姿態在影子中清晰可見。

走進光之亭，探索你與大自然和藝術的關係。

I am very interested in these open spaces of nature, e.g. ‘under a tree’. Like a small garden pavilion or a tea house the Pavilion of Light creates an open architectural sculpture, associated to the nearby Temple and the ascent to the sixty stone mountain.

Tree and fabric seem to merge into one form, one being, one artwork.
With sunshine each of the white fabric elements becomes the screen of a real-time projection and makes the shapes and movements of the branches, twigs and leaves visible as shadows.
