Séverin Millet 是法國里昂的藝術家與插畫家，畢業於斯特拉斯堡高等裝飾藝術學院。他以鮮明色彩與形狀構成創作特色，作品涵蓋壓克力畫、陶瓷、紙雕等形式，也常應用於明信片、筆記本與包裝紙中，展現生活美學。他曾與《Wrap Magazine》合作，設計主題包含植物、圖案與火山爆發等元素。其作品色彩明亮、風格童趣，融合成熟技法與純真感受，充滿平面設計與藝術表現的魅力。

由 Séverin Millet 創作的「Blue Face」是一座彩繪金屬雕塑，高4公尺。這件作品的靈感來自於他的剪紙作品，特點是能夠根據光線和觀眾的角度而變化。
雕塑的藍色會隨著時間而變化，在某些地方從明亮的色調變為較暗的色調，從而讓人聯想到白天和黑夜的流逝，以及意識和無意識的概念。
「Blue Face」最特別之處之一在於它能夠根據觀察者的位置改變外觀。不同的面有時會重疊或消失，形成抽象的形狀。從某個角度看，雕塑甚至能讓人聯想到一棵樹的輪廓，紮根於臺東的風景之中。

“Blue Faces” by Séverin Millet is a painted metal sculpture that rises to a height of 4 meters. Inspired by his cut-paper works, this piece is distinguished by its ability to evolve depending on the light and the viewer’s angle.
The blue of the sculpture varies throughout the hours, shifting in some places from a bright tone to darker shades, thus evoking the passage of day and night, as well as the notions of conscious and unconscious.
One of the most particular aspects of “Blue Faces” lies in its ability to change appearance according to the observer’s position. The different faces can sometimes overlap or seem to disappear, giving way to abstract shapes.
From a certain angle, the sculpture can even evoke the silhouette of a tree, rooting itself in the landscape of Taitung.
